The truth about rape in India – @BBC World Service

Despite tougher laws and punishments brought in after the rape and murder of a student in Delhi in 2012, India continues to see cases of brutal attacks on women.

Many survivors and their families have told the BBC World Service, as part of its 100 Women season, that they are still struggling to get justice.
